Why are there so many uninsured therapists?

Being an in-network therapist means it is challenging to make a living. Some insurance providers haven't raised their reimbursement rates for mental health service providers in 10–20 years (the amount they pay Out-of-Network Physical Therapy who are part of their network to conduct a session). The reimbursement rates of other insurers have decreased.
